"How To Increase Your Free Newsletter
Subscriber Base Instantly, Easily,
And With Minimal Work!"

by Wes Blaylock

Here are a few tips that you should test to increase the visitor/subscriber conversion rate on your free newsletter subscription page.

1. Add A Free Bonus

This is a simple idea that has been effective for years. Give a free bonus to people who subscribe to your newsletter.

A free e-book, a special report, a 5 day follow up autoresponder course, a special interview with a top authority in your market, etc..

Anything with some value to it will work great to give away as a free gift for people who subscribe to your newsletter. This has always increased conversion rates for me.

2. Use Subscriber Testimonials

On your subscription page, offer a testimonial or two from your current subscribers who enjoy reading it.

You can get these easily by asking your subscribers in your next mailing. All you need is a few!

3. Add A Privacy Policy

There is still a ton of people on the Internet (and new ones coming on daily) who are scared to death of giving away any personal information online.

A privacy policy re-assuring them that you will not sell, rent, trade, or give away their subscriber information will put their mind at ease.

This can be a simple one-line sentence that states what you do, and what you will not do with their information.

4. Keep It Focused

I come across extremely cluttered subscription pages quite often these days. They give way too many options to the visitor, and all this "stuff" lowers conversion rates.

Converting visitors to subscribers is just like selling a product. Keep it focused on "selling" your free newsletter.

No need for a ton of links, useless information, graphics everywhere, etc..

The basis should be a powerful headline, a few compelling paragraphs describing the benefits of your newsletter, and the subscription form.

Other than that, you should test using subscriber testimonials, free bonuses, privacy policies, etc.. But keep it focused on selling your free newsletter.

5. Use the SubscriberDrive.com Service

My new service uses the power of eMultiplication to put your newsletter subscription box on thousands of other web sites.

It is simple to use, and 100% free. Check it out here: SubscriberDrive

Try out the ideas above and see if you can increase visitor to subscriber ratios on your web site. The more subscribers you have, the more money you make!

See you at the bank,
